Passport & Visas

Citizens from the Schengen area do not require VISA for coming in France.

Short-stay or “Schengen” visas allow holders to move freely in countries in the Schengen Area for stays not exceeding 90 days per period of 6 months from your first entry to the Schengen Area. Schengen visas may be issued for one or several entries. Nationals of EU Member States, European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland are not subject to the entry and stay visa requirement, whatever the duration of their stay.

For more information, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:

Each participant will receive a confirmation of registration allowing your visa application.

The process of obtaining a French/Schengen visa can be long, so proceed to your arrangement as soon as possible.

All foreign citizens who wish to come to France must present a valid passport and / or a national identity card.
