  • First call for title and synopsis: 15th March 2019
  • Submission of title and synopsis : 1st April 2019 - 15th September 2019
  • Notification for synopsis until 15th October 2019
  • Submission of paper from 15th September to 31st December 2019
  • Final notification for paper and decision for acceptation (oral or poster): January 2020 - March 2020

Registration

Smoking is forbidden in indoor public areas, workplaces, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and nightclubs. The Annual Meeting is a smoke-free event and smoking is not permitted at the meeting venue

The maximum  size for  posters  is  A0 (width  841  mm  x height  1189 mm ; 33.1  x  46.8  inches).  The  posters must be in the portrait  format.

Welcome Reception, Lunch and Gala Dinner

Welcome Reception (free)

On July 1rst evening, all participants are kindly invited to attend welcome reception. During Welcome Reception which will be held immediately after the poster presentation we would like to give all participants the opportunity to meet friends, old and new, while enjoying in snacks and drinks served in the catering area.

Lunches (free)

Lunches will be held on July 1srt 2nd and 3rd at the mezzanine area at the cité des Congrès de Nantes

Gala dinner

The Gala dinner will take place on the evening of July the 2nd at XXX

Precise information will be provided during the conference.

Technical tour program

Technical tour will take place on Monday the 30th June. The visits will be to several farms specialising in rabbit breeding and animal feed industry facilities. Tickets will not be sold on the spot, to pre-booked the tour please contact ASFC (XXX).

The buses will stop for pick-up and drop-off in front of the Cité des Congrès.

Included: visits to farms and tourist attractions according to the programme, transportation, English-speaking guide, coffee and lunch breaks.
